To use Vibet55, you must meet the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age — this is the minimum legal gambling age under Philippine law.
- You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting activities in your country or jurisdiction of residence.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, or have a history of being excluded from gambling platforms.
Vibet55 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. If we have reasonable grounds to believe a member is underage, we will immediately suspend the account pending verification. Any winnings generated by a verified underage account will be forfeited.
Who Cannot Register
The following individuals are not permitted to hold a Vibet55 account:
- Current employees of Vibet55 or any of its affiliated companies
- Immediate family members of current Vibet55 employees
- Individuals who have been previously banned from the Vibet55 platform
- Individuals acting as proxies or agents for ineligible persons
Each person may only hold one (1) Vibet55 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.
When registering your Vibet55 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information current.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Vibet55 username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone — not even family members or friends. Vibet55 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately. Vibet55 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Know Your Customer (KYC)
As part of our compliance obligations, Vibet55 may require you to complete a KYC verification process. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID (UMID, SSS, PhilHealth, driver's licence, or passport), proof of address, and in some cases, proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their withdrawal privileges suspended.

Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
- Deposits are generally credited to your Vibet55 account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment channel used.
- Vibet55 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may have their own transaction charges.
- All funds deposited must be from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not allowed.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days in most cases. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically the fastest.
- Vibet55 may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts.
- Withdrawals can only be made to an account or payment method registered in your name.

General Bonus Rules
- Each member is entitled to claim each bonus offer only once, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion's terms.
- Vibet55 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account suspension.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Vibet55 system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the member. It is your responsibility to ensure your selections are correct before confirming any wager.
Bet Acceptance
- All bets are subject to acceptance by Vibet55. We reserve the right to decline any bet at our discretion.
- In the event of a technical fault or error during bet placement, we reserve the right to void and refund the affected bets.
- Maximum bet limits apply across all markets and may vary depending on the event, bet type, and your account status.
Void Bets
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in situations including but not limited to: event cancellation, game abandonment before the required period of play, incorrect odds published due to a manifest error, or where Vibet55 determines a bet was placed fraudulently.
Esports, NBA & MMA Specific Rules
For our Esports Betting, NBA Betting, and MMA Betting markets, specific rules apply regarding walkovers, forfeits, rescheduled matches, and live betting cutoff times. These sport-specific rules are available on each respective betting section of the platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Vibet55 platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players or accounts to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting price differences across markets in a way that constitutes abuse of the platform.
- Fraud & money laundering: Using the platform for any illegal financial activity, including using proceeds of crime to fund your account.
- Match fixing: Placing bets based on inside knowledge of a fixed or manipulated sporting event.
- Bot usage: Using automated software, scripts, or bots to interact with the Vibet55 platform.
- Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargebacks with your bank or payment provider after a transaction has been processed.
- Impersonation: Registering using another person's identity, documents, or payment methods.
Vibet55 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies. Any attempt to defraud the platform will be taken seriously.

- Loss of data or profits
- Service interruptions or technical failures beyond our reasonable control
- Errors in odds, game outcomes, or result feeds that were caused by third-party data providers
- Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials
Vibet55 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform at any given time. We will, however, make all reasonable efforts to maintain a stable, accessible service for our members.
Note: Nothing in these Terms limits Vibet55's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
Vibet55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Engaging in any prohibited activities as defined in Section 7
- Requests received from regulatory or law enforcement authorities
Upon termination for cause, Vibet55 may forfeit any remaining bonus funds in the account. Verified real-money balances will be returned subject to standard verification procedures. If you believe your account has been suspended in error, you may contact our support team to raise a dispute.
Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support.
Vibet55 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active members via email or in-platform notifications.
Your continued use of the Vibet55 platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with any changes, your only recourse is to stop using the platform and close your account.
